Porter is the oldest commercially brewed style and London Porter was Emerson's first beer. Dark, dry and mellow with some hoppy characteristics, pours a deep brown colour with reddish tints.

Emerson's Mein Helles Bock is a strong pale lager that showcases clean, elegant, bready malt flavors, making it deceptively easy to drink. The Helles Bock style, also known as Maibock, is a relatively pale, strong, malty German lager with a nicely attenuated finish that enhances drinkability. It often features a more noticeable hop character compared to other bocks.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. Or as it was originally called, Pride of the Plains. First brewed on 16 May 1995, with Saaz D hops (now known as Riwaka), this 2025 reboot has been inspired by the original single-hop recipe. It has the same bold fruit flavours, and notes of passionfruit and lime. Make the most of it, it might not be around again for another 30 years.
