Bottled at seven years and one day, this decadently rich Full Flight bottling is double sherry. The spirit was matured in a González Byass Oloroso Sherry Butt, then transferred to a Pedro Ximénez Butt for a decadent finish. Buttered hot cross buns, laden with spice and sticky raising, piled with a side of sun-scorched nectarine and a drizzle of Cardrona's signature borage flower honey.

An exclusive single cask bottling of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky 'Growing Wings', this exceptional cask is the marriage of three ex-bourbon barrels finished together on a Pedro Ximénez 500 litre butt. Aged for a total of five and a half years and bottled at natural cask strength.

This special bottling supports the conservation of the endangered Karearea - the New Zealand Falcon. The Cardrona Valley is one of New Zealand's few nesting grounds for the Karearea, our only native falcon and our most threatened bird of prey. Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.
