Buffalo Trace has been making legendary Bourbon whiskey for over 220 years through prohibition and two world wars. Cazcabel tequila is created in an independent micro distillery in the town of Arandas, located in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains in Mexico. Cazcabel Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled Blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. The tequila is sampled every week and the ageing process can last up to 11 months depending on taste.

Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

Crafted using matured 100% Weber blue agave grown in volcanic soil and handpicked at peak maturity, a special selection of white tequilas are rested in new American and French oak barrels. The result is a rich liquid with notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness. Perfect mixed in a cocktail, sipped neat or on the rocks.
